So I think I found the solution at least for me I had Fortnite running and it uses Easy anti cheat as well After quitting out of Fortnite it had no problems downloading the game Me too Message 3 of 9 (11,593 Views) Reply 7 XP Re anti cheat not installingYou may already have this file even though you are getting dll errors That's because the dll file may have been moved or renamed by another application Check to see if you already have EasyAntiCheat_x64dll on your computer For more information see how to search your PC for dll filesDelete the EasyAntiCheat folder in World War 3 game folder After that then go to Steam and "Verify integrity of game files" (watch a tutorial on how to do this) and after that steam will automatically download the deleted files again This fixed my issue, i hope it fixes yours
